Every eligible Georgia voter should be able to cast their ballot freely and safely, knowing that their vote will be counted and their voice will be heard. 

The Sarah Riggs Amico for Georgia campaign is committed to doing our best to ensure eligible voters have access to the information and resources they need to cast their ballots safely and securely. Remember, our primary election is June 9, so be sure to return your absentee ballot application as soon as possible.

NOTE: In light of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, Voting by Mail is the best option for the health and safety of our communities. 

The Secretary of State’s Office sent eligible active Georgia voters an absentee ballot request form, so be on the lookout for it, and as soon as you receive it, fill it out and send it back in. Questions? See below for more information.

Last day to apply for Mail/Absentee Ballot: June 5 
– The application request must be received by the county registrar no later than the close of business hours on June 5th.
– Please note that you should make your request early to allow enough time for the ballot to be mailed to you, voted, and be received back at the county registrar office before the close of polls on Election Day.

Wait for your ballot to arrive in the mail (Your ballot will arrive up to 45 days before the election)

Return your Ballot (Remember to sign the envelope and add a stamp. NOTE: if you don’t have a stamp, the post office will still accept your ballot, so don’t worry!)
